       3.  APPROVAL OF MINUTES
                Prior Minutes Approved – Typo – “GAC” correction needed

      1. Sponsorship
        1. Previous meeting (3) silver – now added (1) silver & (2) gold sponsors
        2. Nearing year goal/estimate of $3,900
        3. New sponsors – only five meetings left – perhaps push for lower donations, since gold level gets logo displayed at five meetings.
        4. Note to potential sponsors, our fiscal year ends in the summer, so a 2nd call should be expected from ASHRAE in the fall.
          1. Idea – add spreadsheet column for when folks were last contacted & note what time of year donating works best for their companies, also note what contact method is preferred – phone/ email ect.
        5. Sponsorship tickets – 5 tickets for use with Gold level
          1. Idea was to make attendance easier for companies
          2. Email vs. ticket usage
          3. Note – tickets for typical meeting rate not for Better Buildings Rate
        6. Website
          1. Updated w/ Rachel’s help
          2. Next month: first newsletter

    3. Upcoming Meetings – Need to have special nights for MP, SA, YEA in March, April, May. Need to finalized topics/locations before determining which is best.
    4. April – Electric vehicle event/ demo – need to determine location
    5. May – Distinguished Lecturer not approved
      1. Smart grids/ Micro grids presentation? Extra PAOE points
      2. State lab tour near VTC – potentially better for student promotion in fall
