Hello CVC ASHRAE members, it’s an honor to serve you this year. I want to provide a brief overview of some of my priorities this year as your president. First, I’d like to carry the momentum of our virtual events of last year into a hybrid offering this year. In order to support this, we’re purchasing some AV equipment to ensure the virtual attendees get good audio from our speakers. We’re also in the process of finally being able to accept credit cards. We’ll try and use this to allow folks to pre-pay for their event attendance both in-person and virtually. Finally, I’m really hoping to provide more regular updates on the chapter activities in the form of our newsletter. I hope you find these goals worthwhile, and that they will serve you well.
