We are all aware that Vermont is badly in need of skilled trades in all markets including HVAC&R. Work force development is a critical component to filling these positions. It also plays a role in economic and societal development. Come listen to Will Schwartz as he describes what is being done to fill the labor gap and help him brainstorm other possible solutions to developing skilled labor.
